1. Eligibility for Refunds
Due to the nature of liquidation pallets, all sales are considered final. Refunds are only issued in the case of defective, damaged, or incorrect items received, and must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
2. Conditions for Refunds
- Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
- Photos of the defective, damaged, or incorrect items must be provided as proof.
- Refunds are only applicable to the specific pallets or items identified as defective or incorrect.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Pallets purchased “as-is” or “for parts” are non-refundable.
- Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage are not eligible for refunds.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the error is on our part.
4. Refund Process
- Contact our customer service team at CLICK within 7 days of receipt to initiate a refund request.
- Provide your order number, detailed description, and supporting photos.
- Once your claim is approved, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
5. Shipping of Returned Items
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Returned items must be securely packed and shipped to the address provided by our customer service team.
